In this section is an outline of a prompt-based approach using AI to plan your Go-To-Market activity. It covers most of the end to end process that would traditionally sit in Marketing & Product, with the exception of pricing and business planning:

The Value Proposition, Positioning (and Brand Personality) modules are foundational. They are required, in order for the following modules to be run.

ChatGPT (recommended), prompts will also work with Claude or Gemini
Notion/Google Docs for storing outputs
Copy the prompt → Paste into AI → It Provides the requested info
It generates Output that needs to be saved & foundational module output is used for subsequent modules.
When creating content and Promotional assets, an additional step that can be applied which I will provide an additional prompt for is the creation of a brand avatar that can represent the brand ensuring any GTM content or assets are created with the brand in mind. In essence this both shapes and acts as a filter when creating assets.
